Prior to starting Clements General Construction, Inc., Larry was a principal and the Vice President of Clements & Juarez. His history in construction includes several years as a General Superintendent at two major construction companies in the Puget Sound Area. Larry is active in quietly serving the community where he lives through performing services for local organizations and people in the community. He was named co-citizen of the year in Covington in 2000 along with his wife and business partner, Sharon.

SHARON L. CLEMENTS

Office Manager / Contracts Manager
Sharon manages the subcontract process and public relations at Clements General. She is active in the local Chamber of Commerce where she has been a member of the Board of Directors for seven years and is a past president. She also is an active member of the Covington Economic Development Council that works with the city council and the business community in Covington to promote and support businesses in the community. As time permits, Sharon also teaches Junior Achievement classes on business practices at the local schools.

R. THOMAS KINTZI

Lead Estimator
Tom produces the bids on most of the major projects for Clements General. Before joining this company, he was the lead estimator and project manager for the Puget Sound Area of the Boeing Company. Tom has also been the lead estimator and project manager on several highly visible projects in the Puget Sound Area, including the Woodland Park Elephant Exhibit, Shoreline High School, and Harborview Hospital. Tom is an active volunteer in his community of Ballard and enjoys flying in his small private plane.

KEVIN E. CLEMENTS

Kevins began his career in construction as a student-laborer during the summers and then after college he became a carpenter. He has a broad and varied background of experience including both small and large projects. Kevin especially enjoyed his experience as the superintendent on the Woodland Park Zoo African Gateway Village project. Kevin was the assistant superintendent on the new construction of the Good Chevrolet Complex in Renton. He was later the superintendent on the African Gateway Village at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle.

Mike has over fifteen years experience as a project superintendent. His broad background includes numerable Boeing Company projects varying in size from $5000.00 to 2,000,000.00 and some major school remodel and addition projects in the Puget Sound Area.

JAMES B. BOYER (Bret)

Estimator / Project Manager
Bret worked military construction sites in Alaska on projects ranging from remodeling to supervising taxiway repairs at major airports. He formed his own company in 1985, and specialized in structural concrete, foundation systems, docks, retaining walls and roof restructuring. At Clements General, Bret assists with estimating and project management.

GIL K. COX

Gil has been a construction superintendent for more than 25 years. His experience ranges from tenant improvement projects to multi-million dollar Nordstrom buildings from site clearing through to occupancy. His long association with the Clements' includes the relationship he and Larry Clements had as superintendents on the Pike Street Market renovation several years ago. |
